Pullao Rice Quantity for 4 500 grams,Peas 500 grams, Fat 50 grams,Onions 50 grams Cardamom,Cloves Cinnamon,BayLeaf Salt 10 grams Method Wash and soak pulao rice.Shell peas.Drain rice slice onions. Heat Fat. Fry sliced onions till golden brown. Remove the onions and drain. Add spices rice and fry well. Add peas to continue frying for 2-3 minutes adding stock or hot water which is double the amount of rice. Add salt. Cover and cook. Return to main list of recipies
