Fish,500 grams Tomatoes,450 grams Onions,115 grams Ginger,a small piece Red Chillies,5 grams Garlic,3 cloves Salt,to taste Mustard Oil,30 ml Method Clean wash and cut fish into pieces. Salt and set aside. Grind together ginger red chillies and garlic. Chop onions.Heat oil.Fry chopped onions.Add spices and fry.Add water and boil for 1 minute.Add salt. Keep fish in a pyrex dish,cover with diced tomatoes.Pour hot sauce over and bake till cooked. Return to main list of recipies
