Fish,500 grams serves 4 Curds,225 grams Cloves, Cinnamon, Cumin, Cardomom,The above 3 should be around 5 grams(altogether) Onion,115 grams Turmeric,a pinch Ginger,a small piece Salt,to taste Mustard Oil,15ml Method Powder cloves cinnamon cardomom and cumin.Cut fish and soak in curds for half an hour. Slice half the onions and grind remaining half with ginger to a fine paste. Heat oil and brown onions.Add ground ingrediants. Fry well. Add remaining ingredients and cook till fish becomes tender.
