Chicken,1 small Onions,2 big(200 grams) Curry Leaves,a few Salt,to taste Oil,3 tablespoon For grinding, Turmeric,1/2 teaspoon-3 grams Chilli Powder,1 teaspoon Peppercorns,2 teaspoon Cumin,1 teaspoon Ginger,1 inch Garlic,8 flakes Method Wash chicken pieces and cook in half cup of water adding salt and ground spices(in paste form) till tender. Fry chopped onion and curry leaves in oil till golden brown. Add the cooked chicken and fry for five minutes. Return to main list of recipies |
