Potatoes,450 grams serves 4 Bread,55 grams Salt,to taste Green Chillies,10 grams Coriander Leaves,1/2 bunch Breadcrumbs,30 grams Fat,to fry Method Wash and boil potatoes till tender.Peel and mash. Soak bread in water. When soaked squeeze out of water. Mix potatoes bread salt finely chopped coriander leaves and green chillies. Make into balls. Flatten. Coat with breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
