Brinjals,225 grams serves 4 Bengal gram flour,30 grams Chilli powder,5 grams Turmeric,a pinch Salt,to taste Soda Bicarbonate,a pinch Oil to fry Method Wash and slice brinjals into thin rounds. Apply turmeric and salt. Make a batter with gram flour soda bicarbonate chilli powder and water.Dip slices of brinjal in batter.Deep fry.Drain and serve immediately. Return to main list of recipes
