Chicken stock,1 litre Flour,30 grams Milk,300 ml Cheese,100 grams Shredded carrot,45 grams Thin sliced celery,30 grams Onion chopped,20 grams Method Add vegetables to stock.Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or till tender. Blend flour in 1 cup milk. Add to vegetable mixture. Add another cup of milk and cook till thickened. Add ground cheese and stir until it is fully melted. Return to main list of recipies
