Mutton-500grams,Dry Coconut-30grms Onions-115 grams,Ginger-5grams Garlic-a few flakes,Red Chillies 5 grams Curds-115 grams,Coriander Powder-15 grams Poppy Seed-10grams,Green Chillies-2 Cinnamon-2 grams,Cloves-2 grams Peppercorns-2grams,Cardomom-2 grams Fat-50 Grams Method Wash and cut meat and soak in curd for half hour. Grind together poppy seeds,dry coconut garlic ginger coriander powder red chillies green chillies and half the onions. Heat fat.fry remaining sliced onions,add ground spices and meat, Fry for about 15 minutes add remaining curds and tepid water and cook till meat is tender. Add roasted and powdered cinnammon cloves peppercorns and cardamoms and cook for 5 to 10 minutes more and serve hot. Return to main recipies list
