Meat,500 grams serves 4 Breadcrumbs,55 grams Egg,1 Hard boiled egg,1 Onion,20 grams Bacon,55 grams Parsley,a sprig Stock,15 ml Pepper,a pinch Salt,10 grams Fat,10 grams Method Clean and mince meat.Heat fat.Fry chopped onions and chopped bacon.Add minced meat breadcrumbs beaten eggs and seasoning and a little stock to moisten.Grease a bread loaf tin.Dredge with breadcrumbs. Arrange sliced hard boiled egg.Press in prepared meat.Cover with grease proof paper.Bake in a moderate oven at 175c ,350f for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold with tomatoe sauce or brown gravy.
