Shrimps,1/2 kg heads removed shelled deveined cleaned and dried Egg white A pinch of ajinomoto,optional Salt,1 teaspoon Coriander,1 tablespoon Rice Wine,2.5 tablespoon Fresh or Frozen peas,1/3 cup Sauce,consists of mix of 3 tablespoons of oil ajinomoto pinch of salt and 1.5 tablespoon of rice wine Method Beat Egg white adding ajinimoto salt cornflour and rice wine. Add shrimp stir and leave to marinate. Boil peas in water to which a little sugar and salt is added, Drain. Heat oil in wok and add shrimps peas frying for a minute, Drain and set aside. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with a pinch of salt and ajinomoto and 1.5 tablespoons rice wine. Return the shrimp and peas to the wok and stir fry for 2 minutes.
