Pork,250 grams cut into 1 inch cubes Carrots,1/2 cup cut into tiny cubes Onion,1/2 cup cut into tiny cubes Cucumber,1/2 cup cut into tiny cubes Garlic,2 flakes minced Marinade,1 tablespoon Sherry 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Batter,1 egg beaten 1 tablespoon plain flour 2 tablespoons cornflour Sauce,3 tablespoon tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon soya sauce 3 tablespoon vinegar 3 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon cornflower Method Mix pork with the ingrediants of the marinade. Mix all ingrediants of the batter together. Coat the pork with the batter. Heat oil and drop in the pork cubes one by one. Deep fry until well done over medium heat and drain. Fry carrots onion and cucumber for 1 minute and drain.Keep aside. Mix all ingredients of the sauce together. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil. Fry 2 flakes of minced grill till light brown. Add the ingredients of the sauce mixed together stirring continously. Simmer on low flame until thickened. Add pork and vegetables and mix well. Serve hot. Return to main list of recipies
