Vegetable Stock,8 cups Shelled tender peas,1.5 cups Chopped Cabbage,1.5 cups Grated Carrots,1.5 cups Ajinmoto, 2 pinches (optional) Sugar,2 pinches Black Pepper,1/4 teaspoon Soya Sause,1 teaspoon Cornflour, 5 level tablespoons in 1/2 cup water Oil,2 tablespoon Salt, to taste Method Prepare stock and boil. Add peas.Cook till tender. Keep Aside. Heat oil. Add cabbage carrot ajinomoto. Stir fry over a high flame for 1/2 minute. Add the stock with peas. Add sugar pepper powder and salt. Add soya sauce. Mix the cornflour in 1/2 cups of water and add this paste to the soup. Cook for about 3 minutes while stirring continously. Serve hot with chillies in vinegar soya sauce and chillie sauce.
