Rice noodles,250 grams Eggs,2 beaten Bean Sprouts,100 grams Ginger,1/2 inch piece shredded Cooked Ham,100 grams (optional) Chicken,100 grams shredded Garlic,2 flakes finely chopped Chicken Stock,1 tablespoon Soya Sauce,2 tablespoons Green Onions,50 grams finely chopped Method Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes and then drain well. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan and make a thin pancake with the beaten eggs.Remove the pan and cut into thin strips. Heat pan and 1 tablespoon oil. Fry ginger and bean sprouts for 2 minutes. Add garlic cooked ham and chicken and fry for 2 minutes. Add rice noodles and stir fry for 2-3 minutes Add salt and chicken stock.Mix well. Add soya sauce and stir over heat for 1 minute.
