Noodles,1/2 cup boiled Chicken stock, 5 cups Chicken Breast,cooked 1 Cooked Ham, 1/3 cup shredded(optional) Mushrooms,1/4 cup fresh cut into thin slices Carrot,1 shredded Salt,1 teaspoon Pepper,1/4 teaspoon Ajinomoto,1/2 teaspoon(optional) Spring onion or leaks, for garnishing Method Boil chicken stock. Add chicken meat ham mushrooms and carrots. Boil for 1 minute and add boiled noodles. Add salt pepper and ajinomotto. Serve hot garnished with diagonally cut leaves of leaks or spring onions. Serve along with soya sauce green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce. Return to main list of
