Eggs,6-8 Tea Levels, 3 tablespoons Cinnamon Stick,1 inch 3 star anise Soya Sauce, 3 tablespoons Method Boil eggs for 10 minutes until hard boiled. Drain and cool at once by placing in iced water. Tap each egg with the back of a spoon until cracks appear all over. Take enough water in a pan so that the eggs are covered with water. Keep the pan on fire and add tea leaves cinnamon stir anise and soya sauce. Simmer gently on low flame for atleast 1/2 hour. Allow to cool and shell before serving. Serve along with chillie sauce.
