China Grass, 5 gram Serves 4 Water,450 ml Sugar,115 grams Lime Juice,to taste Method Wash and soak china grass in cold water in which it is to be cooked for atleast 3 hours. Dissolve on a slow fire. Add sugar. Remove from fire and strain. Add lime juice and colouring. Leave to set. When set serve with custard sauce. Note: Fruit juice may be added and the amount of water reduced when possible or jelly could be served with fruit salad and custard sauce. Return to main list of recipies
