Tomatoes,450 grams serves 4 Onions,225 grams Green Chillies,2-3 Cumin,a little Salt,to taste Fat,15 grams Method Heat fat and fry cumin. When they crackle add chopped chillies onions and quartered tomatoes. Add salt. Cook on a slow fire till bhaji is dry and vegetables are cooked. Return to main list of recipies
