Mutton(with bone), 500 grams serves 4 Cardamom,12 Onion,1 small Oil,1 tablespoon Salt,to taste Black pepper,1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder,1 teaspoon Method Clean and cut mutton into 1 inch pieces. Chop onion fine. Pound cardamom seeds. Heat oil. Saute chopped onions. Add powdered cardamom seeds. Fry one minute.Add prepared mutton salt and coriander powder. Fry for a few minutes. Add water.Cook over a slow fire till mutton is cooked and gravy is like a thin soup. Add pepper powder. Return to main list of recipies |
