Mutton (roast and cool),500 grams serves 4 Pepper,1 teaspoon Red Chillies,10 grams Salt,15 grams Fat,50 grams Potatoes,450 grams Onions,450 grams Method Boil potatoes. Peel cool and dice. Dice roast meat into even portions. Chop onions. Grind together chillies and pepper. Heat Fat. Fry onions lightly. Add meat and potatoes and ground spices. Fry on slow fire till almost dry.
