Chicken(Broiler),1 Red Chillies,10 Peppercorns,a few Cinnamon+Cloves+Fennel,3 grams Garlic,1 pod Ginger,1 inch piece Salt,to taste Vinegar,1 tablespoon Onions,200 grams Tomato,1 large Method Clean and joint chicken. Grind together all the spices with salt using vinegar. Slice onions and chop tomatoe roughly. Apply half the ground spices on the chicken and set aside for about 10 minutes. Heat oil and fry lightly. Fry remaining spices. Add sliced onions saute. Add chopped tomato and cook chicken gently till tender. Check for seasoning and remove. Return to main list of recipies |
