Potatoes,400 grams Sugar,300 grams Cardamom,4 Saffron,a pinch Mawa,115 grams Clarified butter,55 grams Method Boil potatoes. Peel and mash. Put sugar and potatoes in a strong degchi and cook. When half cooked add mawa ghee saffron and cardamom. When ready spread on a greased plate and cut into pieces. Return to main list of recipies |
