Sugar,300 grams Cashewnuts,100 grams Coconut,150 grams Cardamom,2 grams Fat,10 grams Method Soak cashewnuts in water for 1 hour. Grind coconut and cashewnuts into a fine paste. Add sugar and cook the mixture on a slow fire stirring constantly. Add fat and keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
