Refined flour,155 grams serves 4 Egg,1 Butter,55 grams Sugar,55 grams Dry ginger powder,1 teaspoon Baking powder,1/2 teaspoon Milk,to mix Method Cream butter and sugar well.Add yolk of egg and beat. Sieve flour and baking powder. Beat egg white stiffly and add flour and white alternately. Fold in ginger powder. Grease pudding mould. Pour in mixture and cover with grease proof paper.
