Cauliflower,450 grams serves 4 Refined Flour,15 grams Butter,15 grams Milk,150 ml Stock,150 ml Cheese,55 grams Eggs,2 Salt,a pinch Pepper,a pinch Method Parboil cauliflower in salted water. Drain and break cauliflower into flowerettes. Prepare a medium consistency white sauce with flour butter milk and cauliflower stock.Cool. Add well beaten egg yolks and grated cheese. Beat whites stiff and fold into mixture.Put cauliflower into greased pie dish and pour sauce over. Bake in a moderate oven.Serve immediately. Return to main list of recipies
