Rice(Pressed),115 grams Split Green gram,55 grams Green Chillies,5 grams Peppercorns,5 grams Ginger,10 grams Fat,30 grams Cashewnuts,15 grams Method Chop green chillies and ginger. Heat fat and fry green chillies ginger and peppercorns. Fry the gram and pressed rice. Add water and salt and allow it to cook. Garnish with fried nuts and serve hot with chutney.
