Minced meat,500grams serves 4 Cloveals,5 Red Chillies,2-3 Peppercorns,10 Cardamom,1 Salt,to taste Fat,30 grams Method Grind together meat spices and salt.Take small amounts of meat and roll them sausage fashion. Lay these gently side by side in a wide shallow pan. Put on a slow fire and cover pan with a lid for a few minutes. Pour melted fat over the kababs carefully and fry until they are a nice brown.
