Potatoes,225 grams serves 4 Carrots,225 grams Onions,115 grams Peas,225 grams Green Chillies,5 grams Bengal Gram Flour,10 grams Coriander Leaves,10 grams Lime,1 Fat,50 grams Salt,to taste Method Boil and mash vegetables. Chop onions green chillies and coriander leaves. Heat a little fat and saute onions and green chillies. Add mashed vegetables lime juice and salt to taste. Make into balls. Dip in gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown. Return to main list of recipies
