Sour curd,225 grams serves 4 Green Chillies,10 grams Coconut,55 grams Ginger,15 grams Coconut Oil,15 ml Mustard Seeds,1 teaspoon Curry Leaves,a few Salt,to taste Method Grate and grind coconut to a fine paste. Chop green chillies and ginger.Beat curd well. Add ground coconut green chillies and ginger. Add salt and mix well. Heat oil. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle add to the curd mixture and and mix well. Return to main list of recipies |
