Potatoes,455 grams serves 4 Peas,225 grams Vermicilli,55 grams Green Pepper,15 grams Salt,10 grams Onions,115 grams Egg,1 Parsley,2 sprigs Lime Juice,to taste Fat,30 grams Lettuce,1 bunch Method Boil Potatoes and peas separately. Mash potatoes well. Chop green pepper onions and parsley. Heat a little fat add chopped ingredients and saute. Add potatoes and salt to taste. Shape like eggs and stuff with boiled salted peas. Coat with egg and vermicelli and deep fry in hot fat. Cut into halves lengthwise and set in lettuce leaves to resemble a bird's nest. Return to main list of recipies |
