Pumpkin,455 grams serves 4 Vegetable stock,590 ml Milk,300 ml Butter,15 grams Salt,to taste Pepper,a pinch Parsley,a few sprigs Bread,115 grams Fat to fry bread,15 grams Method Peel pumpkin. Remove seeds and the stringy part, cut into small cubes.Add just enough water to cook. Boil till tender.Press pumpkin through a sieve. Return to pan with the butter milk and stock. Season.
