Chicken Chukka Chicken - 1KG Onion - 3 as per size Kashmiri chilly powder - 2.5 tablespoon Turmeric powder - 0.75tablespoon Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon Salt to taste Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon Coconut oil - As needed Curry Leaves - As needed Marinate the chicken in a mixture of chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,pepper powder,lemon juice,1 tablespoon coconut oil and salt for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Chicken will be in small pieces as per your choice. Fry the marinated chicken with oil and onion until it is brown using low flame. Cook it for some without covering and serve.
