Egg,1 Liquid(milk,tomato juice or cream), 1 tablespoon Salt,1/2 teaspoon Pepper,a pinch Fat,10 grams Method Beat egg just enough to mix.Add liquid and seasoning.Melt fat in an omelet pan. Pour in egg mixture. Cook slowly keeping heat low. As under surface becomes set start lifting it slightly with a spatula. Cook.When whole mixture is creamy, brown the bottom slightly.
